Before it went to the bank and now we carry it in our pocket. We asked for an Uber and paid for it with our mobile. Before you looked at the time where you could and now you ask Alexa. Everything is changing and there is a common denominator: the user. We have the power to perform tasks with our mobiles and other devices and all this under the umbrella of the User Experience (UX). What is this discipline and why is it important for companies?

Learning from industrial engineering and processes such as design thinking, the prototyping phase is key to achieve iteratively and quickly versions on which to validate hypotheses. It is the skeleton on which to work.

Without users it would not be a user experience. Without testing with them we cannot know if our solution is correct and they like it. We will see the key points to prepare, execute and draw conclusions with a test.

And now that? With the presentation of the projects we will see final conclusions, points where each student is stronger, points where they can improve, where we can continue learning and how to prepare job interviews to value your knowledge and contributions.
