Ulefone Note 10, a low-end that is totally worth it
Normally when we think of acquiring a phone with the three b’s, that is, good, nice and cheap, brands such as Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi or Realme come to mind, and for good reason, these are the companies that dominate the input range globally. However, from time to time a strong competitor appears who under the right circumstances (and with circumstances we mean price) may be a solid alternative. This time we will be talking about a terminal that meets all those criteria, with you the Ulefone Note 10 , a low-end mobile that is totally worth it.
For about 120 euros, the Ulefone Note 10 offers us a 6.52-inch HD + screen, an octa core chip, a 5,500mAh battery and an 8MP + 2MP + 2MP triple camera, that is not to go into details. In 2021 it is very close in value for money with the Ulefone Note 9P , although the latter occupies a rung a little higher than the first in the manufacturer’s catalog.

A design that does not disappoint : Ulefone Note 10, a low-end that is totally worth it
As we have expressed on other occasions, that a smartphone is cheap does not mean that it has to appear so. In this sense, the UIefone Note 10 is one of those devices that take good care of their appearance. Inspired by games of light refraction, the Ulefone Note 10 features a 3D color gradient design on its back cover.
The surface has a dynamic color gradient in the shape of a prism, which glows every time it moves. In addition, it has a matte texture that makes it anti-fingerprint and anti-slip. With that said, it is not the slimmest terminal on the market, measuring 165.2 x 76.7 x 9.7mm and weighing 203 grams, so there is room for improvement, but nothing to be alarmed about.
With that said, on the back it features a fingerprint reader to conveniently unlock the terminal. The layout of the buttons and interfaces is the typical one of any low / medium range mobile, but we have to criticize the choice of Micro-USB instead of USB type C, something that we know was done on purpose to cut costs, but that would still have us liked having.
Screen
A 6.52-inch screen with HD + resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels dominates the front. As can be seen in the images, it sports a 20: 9 aspect ratio as a result of the notch in the form of a drop of water.
It’s not bad for a budget LCD screen, the viewing angles are decent, and the brightness doesn’t disappoint unless it’s in the brightest sunlight, so you get a free pass on this one.
Hardware and features more than correct
The UIefone Note 10 is not a bastion of power or anything like that, its performance is delivered by a humble 1.6Ghz eight-core UNISOC SC9863A chip and an IMG GE8322 GPU, again, nothing exorbitant, but that provides fluid performance and Right for the tasks of the day, common applications and light Android games.
With that said, the set is backed by 2GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage , and if that figure seems very little to you, don’t worry, as it can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a Micro-SD card and the dedicated slot. for this.
We know that it is not a very powerful set, but it was to be expected for its price. However, we must take into account the presence of Android 11 in its GO edition for terminals with limited resources, so the user experience will benefit thanks to the optimized operating system.
In terms of connectivity, the UIefone Note 10 does not stand out, but it does not disappoint either, it has 4G LTE with dual SIM (Nano SIM + Micro SIM slot), Wi-Fi b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and OTG.
As a last notable aspect we can mention the 5,500mAh battery that powers this device. On paper it has what it takes to offer a day and a half of duration or 20 hours on call. Unfortunately it does not support it with fast charging of any kind, but it is already a lot to ask for the price.
Cameras
The Ulefone Note 10 is endowed with a triple camera on the back that includes an 8MP main sensor , a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. 8MP main sensor enables vivid and sharp images to be captured; Meanwhile, the macro camera can capture super close-up photos, while the depth sensor enables real-time optical blurring.
For its part, the front camera outlines an 8MP sensor compatible with 2D facial recognition and selfies improvement through software.
That said, the photographic quality is on par with what one would expect from an entry smartphone, but a good entry phone should be limited, enough for a selfie here and a group photo there, but nothing similar to what the material Promotional hints, obviously.
