The well-known brand OnePlus has specified the launch date for its next flagship killer: the  OnePlus Nord 2 5G , which will be presented at an online event this July 22 at 4:00 p.m.

While the press release shared by OnePlus does not say much about the terminal itself; We can always look at the leaks to get a good idea of ​​what this mobile will be like. With that said, the same company confirmed on a previous occasion that the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be a 5G mobile (obviously) powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 1200-AI chip.  

From this point on, everything we will say next falls into the realm of speculation and rumors, so it would not hurt to take it with a pinch of salt. Going into detail, the leaks suggest that the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will borrow the styling of the OnePlus 9 Pro, although not entirely. 

According to the well-known tipster OnLeaks and  91Mobiles,  the mobile will be equipped with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate . Also, it would have size dimensions of 160 x 73.8 x 8.1 millimeters and the OnePlus button to change sound profiles. 

Regarding its hardware, the different sources converge in 8GB of RAM at least and 12GB in the Premium variant. 128GB and 256GB are also talked about as internal storage options. 

Moving on to the photographic realm, we would be looking at a triple camera headed by a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor . The two remaining sensors will be 8MP and 2MP. Meanwhile, the front camera will make use of a 32MP sensor, the same as the first model. 

Finally, there is mention of a 4,500mAh battery to power the set, which would be a substantial increase over the first generation.
