At first glance, the truth is that these types of cheap mobiles know how to enter very well through the eye. As you can see in the photographs, it adds to the fashion of the whole screen thanks to its reduced frames and its perforated camera in the upper left corner of the screen. Despite having a large display, it has very comfortable dimensions at hand,  75.5 mm  X  157.3 mm  X 8.7 mm and a weight of  170 grams .

The OUKITEL 4G C21 is available in three colors: blue, black and purple . The charging port is located on the bottom, while the on / off and volume +/- buttons are located on the right side. For its part, the left side is reserved for the SIM card tray. As an extra, on the back it has a  fingerprint sensor . It’s not the fastest, but it does the job.

One of the aspects that we have liked the most about this terminal has been, precisely, its screen. It is a very generous  6.4 inches , with a resolution of  1,080 x 2,310 px  and a pixel density of  398 ppi . Also, its aspect ratio is  19.5: 9 and its brightness scales to 400 cd / m² . The result is a display with very good image quality, both indoors and outdoors.

If we liked the screen and the design, now we go with one of its weakest points. Do not get us wrong, it does not mean that this Oukitel C21 does not work well or that you are going to get hung up every two by three, far from it. But you must bear in mind that it is focused on discreet use and that in no case do we recommend it if what you are looking for is to make intensive use in multitasking, productivity, games with high requirements, etc.

We find a  Helio P60 , composed of eight cores (4 x Cortex-A73 2.0 GHz / 4 x Cortex-A53 2.0 GHz), a processor that we have already seen in other smartphones of discrete ranges, such as the realme 3. Its graphics is a  Mali-G72 MP3 at 700 MHz , while its RAM is  4 GB . As we said, more than enough for an average user.

As for its internal storage, it has  64 GB , perhaps the point that we have to reproach the most, but if it falls short we can expand it via  microSD.

In these cheap phones, where a balance of features is prioritized to maintain a moderate price, the section in which we usually notice the most shortcomings is in the photographic. At the rear we find a quadruple configuration. Although, as we say, do not get confused with this, since a greater number of lenses does not necessarily imply a higher quality of photography. The configuration is as follows: 16 MP + 2 MP + 0.3 MP + 0.3 MP . It allows us to do portrait mode, but very modest.

For its part, on the front we find a 20 MP lens  with f / 2.0 aperture. In this case, we do notice a higher quality in the selfie. The sensor, by the way, is the Samsung S5K3T1 model .

Connectivity and battery

But where we do find some very interesting data is the battery. Its capacity reaches  4,000 mAh , so you will have enough to go without problems to a full day, even, if you hurry, you can reach two days without recharging. It uses  USB-C and 18W fast charging . It is not the best, but something is something.

For its part, in the connectivity section we find  4G (in its most advanced version, the OUKITEL 4G C21), dual SIM, WiFi 802 a / b / g / na 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS. We are left somewhat lame, since we lack the essential NFC today and that is why we subtract some points on this issue.
