Huawei has surprised its users by officially announcing its roadmap for the start of the deployment of EMUI 11, its new software update that will arrive, in a first stage that will last three months, to fourteen of its devices. These include their latest flagships, such as the  Huawei P40 Pro , but they have also remembered other more modest ranges when drawing up this calendar.

In  December 2020,  the deployment of EMUI 11 will begin on four of the company’s devices. Specifically, the HUAWEI P40, HUAWEI P40 Pro, HUAWEI P40 Pro + and HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro models will be the first chosen. It must be remembered that its latest launch, the  Huawei Mate 40 Pro , already comes standard, so if you buy this terminal you will be among the first to enjoy EMUI 11.

Within this first phase, there will be a second stage of updates, which will run  from January 2021 to March 2021 and will include the following devices from the Chinese company: HUAWEI Mate Xs, HUAWEI P30, HUAWEI P30 Pro, Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, HUAWEI Mate 20 X, HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro, HUAWEI Mate 20, Porsche Design Huawei Mate20 RS, HUAWEI Mate 20 X 5G and HUAWEI nova 5T.

The  update will be, as always, something that will reach the user  via HOTA  (Huawei Over The Air). That is, it will automatically notify the user that it is now available for download and installation in the Settings menu. In case you do not receive the notice and want to check if it is already available, you just have to go to the same menu and check if there is something pending to install. The smartphone itself does all the necessary process so that, in a few minutes and without any kind of knowledge on your part, you can enjoy EMUI 11 on your terminal.
