Samsung  has just presented  Galaxy Repair Express , its new smartphone repair service with which, on the same day, the device is collected from the customer and returned to him in perfect condition. It works both for repairs included in the guarantee and for those in which the user must make an outlay of money.

This is a new project, which for now is in an initial phase (both in models included and in geographical availability) and which  promises the user to have their mobile phone repaired on the same day the order is requested . In this way, the disadvantages that can occur when without a telephone are minimized, since the customer will only have to wait a few hours to retrieve their terminal.

Galaxy Repair Express services are carried out by a  specialized technician and use  original Samsung parts . The customer can choose the collection point that best suits him and this can be the same or different from the delivery point.

Geographic availability and models included

For now, Samsung offers this service for the following smartphone models: Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S20 +, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S10 + , Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S9 +, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S8.

Regarding geographical availability, in this first phase it is available in  certain areas of Madrid and Barcelona,  although it is expected to expand it soon to other cities in order to cover as much of the national territory as possible.

Keep in mind that this express service  has a cost of 15 euros and that it maintains the original warranty plus an additional time of three months for the repair.
