Digimon Survive suffers yet another delay and will now arrive in 2022, 3 years later than planned

The game was initially due out in 2019, but the delays have been mounting each year.

Digimon Survive , the new adventure in the world of digital creatures from Bandai Namco , will make your community wait for even longer than expected. In the last fiscal report of Toei Animation , the title is listed now as a release of the 2022 .

This is Digimon Survive’s third delay.Within the report in question, the launch of Digimon Survive is marked with the following words: “third quarter of fiscal year 2022” . Words that guarantee that we will not see the title this 2021, the date it had after the last delay of the game .

Originally planned for a 2019 release , Digimon Survive has already suffered a total of 3 delays , each postponing the year of its release. Bandai Namco has offered the little information about the title through sporadic updates on social networks, either informing us about the history of the game, its combat system , or some images and videos .

The game will put us in the shoes of Takuma , a young man who enters the digital world and becomes Agumon’s partner . The title will have a battle system never seen before in a Digimon game, with turn-based battles in arenas similar to the fighting in the Fire Emblem saga .
