After recently testing the high-end LG G8X mobile , a more modest relative of the same company comes to our hands. It is the LG K61 model . A mid -range smartphone that the manufacturer gives us temporarily so that we can have its characteristics and performance on our website in an experience of several days.

Launched on the market with the reference K61 , the LG company presents an attractive mid-range terminal for users looking for a modern mobile at a good price.

The phone is delivered in a box simple rectangular in white . In the line of other models of the company, the packaging does not show any image of the device, just a large K in red to indicate the product family, and gray text that indicates the model we are buying. At the base of the box, only a sticker indicates a small detail of the terminal.

The box has a simple opening, tearing the adhesive seal that holds the right side. Inside we first find the mobile on a cardboard cradle. Below the rest of accessories and the documentation with which the product is accompanied:  Power adapter ; USB cable ; y  Transparent silicone case .

The smartphone has a  luxurious and large , but balanced design . It is an acceptably thin mobile with a glossy finish , which is an incredible fingerprint if we do not use the case included with the phone. The LG K61  measures 164.5 x 77.5 x 8.4mm and weighs 191 grams . Therefore, a forceful device, which in small hands can be somewhat laborious.

The frame and housing are metallic gray  , TITAN calls it the manufacturer, although there is also another version of a different color of the LG K61  in white . The chassis has such a glossy finish that it is almost a mirror . The color is not plain, but rather has a kind of striped pattern that gives a sense of depth to the case.

The terminal has four buttons , three on the left: volume and multifunction; and one on the right for power-up. At the base we find the USB-C input and the jack connector . The compartment for SIM and memory is arranged on the power button on the right side of the mobile.

The display theme is one of the essential parts of any terminal. This phone boasts a large screen , which is always a draw. In order not to spoil its large surface, LG has decided to integrate the front camera shifted to the left in the upper corner. The display measures 6.53 inches diagonally, and has hardly any bezels.

The LG K61 assures us ample enjoyment throughout a day , because it has a battery of 4000 mAh capacity. This gives us the possibility of maintaining up to 8 hours of conversation and that the terminal lasts 100 hours in standby mode .

The interface that allows us to interact with the terminal is the LG UX 9.0 system , a custom layer from the manufacturer on Android 9 Pie . It is a simple and intuitive software that does not require any effort from the user if they are used to the android system . Settings and categories are the usual in the program, so it is very easy to find everything.

The connectivity of the K61 is of a very good category. It has Dual Wi-Fi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac ; Bluetooth 5.0 .; NFC ; and GPS navigation . In addition, with the USB C connector , it is really convenient to use, including the benefit of fast charging, to have it ready in no time.
