The prolific Chinese company Vivo continues to swell its catalog of mid-range smartphones, this time with the launch of a new device for the V series, dubbed the Vivo V19 Neo . This mobile follows the pattern of many other products of the company, it is attractive, it has good specifications, a reasonable price and it will hardly reach Europe, although the latter would be about to change according to the company, which promised that its terminals will land in Spain this quarter. Regardless of the latter, the Vivo V19 Neo is still an interesting terminal that is worth knowing.

We are in the presence of a terminal that certainly does not look bad, sporting a glass finish next to an AMOLED screen with a size of 6.44 inches, Full HD + resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels, perforation for the selfie camera and excellent use of space frontal. As if that weren’t enough, the panel also has a built-in fingerprint reader for user convenience. 

The back of the  Vivo V19 Neo is uniquely characterized by its rectangular black module that  brings together 4 cameras arranged in an L shape along with a dual-tone LED flash. For the rest there is nothing else worth mentioning about the rear cover, except for the respective manufacturer’s logo at the bottom. It should be noted that the terminal retains the classic 3.5mm Jack, which is located on the lower edge, just to the left of the USB type C port that is used for charging and data transfer. 

Color presentations of the  Vivo V19 Neo include crystal white and navy blue. 

Hardware and Features 

The Vivo V19 Neo is powered by a Snapdragon 675 AIE chip that is accompanied solely by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. No other memory variants have been announced at this time and there is no reason to believe there will be. Also, the terminal is powered by a battery of no more or less than 4,500mAh with support for fast charging of 18 watts.

At the operating system level, we have Android 10 together with the FunTouch  OS customization layer  in version 10.0 and at the connectivity level, the typical is offered: dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and 4G LTE. 

Cameras 

The powerful four – chamber configuration includes a main 48MP sensor , a large 8MP super – angle lens, a macro 2MP camera and sensor  bokeh  2MP to perceive the depth of field. Also, the front sensor is not far behind and reaches a resolution of 32MP with aperture f / 2.45. 

It is worth mentioning that the  set  has interesting photographic functions, notably the super night mode , which is available for both the rear and front cameras. There’s also support for portrait mode, AI scene recognition, and 4K video recording.

The Vivo V19 Neo has only been made official  in the Philippines, where it is priced at 17,999 pesos, which translates to 320 euros when making the currency conversion . However, at the moment there is nothing that points to an international launch or for the European market, so we can only hope that this is one of the devices that Vivo chooses to bring to this continent.
