The popular smartphone manufacturer  OnePlus  is pleased to announce the arrival of Android 10 to its most recent flagships, we refer of course to the  OnePlus 7 and OnePlus  7 Pro , which have started receiving the respective update this week. In this way, the company reaffirms its commitment to provide software updates for two years after the launch of a device, as well as to deliver security patches for an additional year.

In this sense, the update is deployed via OTA progressively , so don’t worry if you still don’t see it available, it’s just a matter of time before it happens.  

Android 10 brings with it a series of benefits and changes to the  OnePlus  7, mainly a new interface design combined with a customization function in the settings, which allows the user to choose the shape of the icons displayed in the quick settings. In addition, location permissions have been revised to improve privacy management .  

This is not all, since we will also find new full-screen gestures , which allow us to navigate the interface and switch between applications without having to use physical buttons. All these actions can be performed by sliding your finger on the screen in specific directions. 

In this vein, new functions have been added to these terminals, such as  Game  Space . This feature unifies your favorite games in a single space for faster access to them. In addition, the smart Smart Display feature provides information based on times, locations and events on the  Ambient Display . It is also worth mentioning that spam messages can now be blocked based on keywords. 

Finally,  OnePlus  reminds us that this Android 10 update is in advance of the official presentation of the new  OnePlus 7T, whose launch will be held on October 10 in London.
