Accompanying the presentation of  HarmonyOS 2  we have the launch of several interesting devices, including the Huawei Watch 3 watches, the new Huawei FreeBuds 4 headphones   and why not, the new Huawei MatePad 11 smart tablet . This is a relatively affordable device with a Snapdragon 865 chip and HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system on board, which is more than enough reason to pique our curiosity.  

This is the HUAWEI MatePad 11: HUAWEI MatePad 11, new tablet with 120Hz screen and HarmonyOS 2 

A 10.95-inch screen with 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution defines this smart tablet, which also offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and is compatible with the DCI-P3 color gamut. As if that were not enough, it can be used in conjunction with the second generation Huawei M-Pencil for a more intelligent and natural interactive writing experience. 

The sound is not far behind the visual experience, not in vain it boasts a system of quadruple speakers of great amplitude signed by the Harman Kardon brand . 

In another vein, the Huawei MatePad 11 works with an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor . It comes with 6GB of RAM along with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, the latter is up to the user, of course. What we cannot choose is the battery capacity, which is a 7,250mAh unit that promises us up to 12 hours of video playback. 

In terms of camera, it brings a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP selfie camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

In addition,  HarmonyOS 2 brings new features to the table, such as Collaboration Mode, which allows users to transfer different content such as text, images and documents between connected devices with a simple drag and drop. For its part, the mirror mode allows users to project the PC screen onto the Tablet. 

Availability and price 

Huawei has not yet confirmed the availability of the MatePad 11 in Spain, but we suspect that it is only a matter of time. With that said, we know that in Germany it will cost 399 euros in its 64GB version of internal storage and 499 euros in its 128GB version.
