Each application has its purpose. Some are more general and others more specialized.
Also, you will need to set yourself a learning schedule . Just because you can learn at any time doesn’t mean you shouldn’t set a schedule for it. It is best to practice for 10-15 minutes every day. At the end of the week, you will have practiced more than if you only put in one hour a week on a single day.
It’s also more effective to brush up on a little regularly rather than just once over a long period of time. You will be more focused and your memorization will be much better. On the other hand, you can take advantage of the day-to-day moments where you usually have time: public transport, waiting for the doctor …
Don’t get distracted while learning Italian words. The mobile has a great capacity for distraction with all the notifications that you usually receive. Ideally, you should deactivate as many notifications as possible : social networks, emails, game applications … The time dedicated to your learning should not be dedicated to anything else to be really effective.
Also keep in mind the limitations of the app . Although it can be very comprehensive, it will not be a substitute for an Italian teacher or a good Italian textbook. Nonetheless, it is a good place to start for beginners and find out if Italian is a language you like. It is also a good way to brush up between class and Italian class.
