These studies do not require a choice between the specialization of products or services, but rather has transversal methodological bases to know the entire creation process from research to strategy. You will be able to make designs for different business models and user interaction.
The knowledge of this master’s degree will also use disciplines such as SEO, DATA, Storytelling, SCRUM, Sprint Design … The accumulated experience of the three coordinating teachers of the master’s degree will provide you with a great practical vision and foundations for the future supported by solid trajectories, not based on temporal trends.

- Knowledge about the definition of projects as challenges and the different stages before their conclusion.
- Acquire the appropriate techniques in strategic design (research, journeys, people …)
- Learning about ideation and prototyping applied to product design.

methodology
The master is based on active learning, with a system that would represent the following percentages:
- 40% of Cases to solve , learning by making mistakes.
- 40% of Teamwork with tools to participate and act.
- 20% of Flipped Learning , with theoretical foundations, conceptual base and debates.
previous requirements
This master’s degree requires face- to- face attendance to its classes, beginning on October 18, 2019 and ending on February 29, 2020 .
Classes will take place on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Glue Work Building (Calle Edison, nº3, 28006, Madrid ).
