• Have the Spanish nationality or a member country of the European Union , the Republic of Iceland or a national of the Kingdom of Norway.
• Be 20 years old and not exceed the established age for retirement.
• Possess the  functional capacity  to perform the usual tasks for the chosen body.
• Not having been separated, through disciplinary proceedings, from the service of any of the Public Administrations.
• Not be involved in a legal cause of incapacity or incompatibility according to the current regulation, saving the right of option that it grants.
• Not to be a career or internship official of the same Body to which it is intended to enter.
• Be in possession of or have passed all the conducting studies and have satisfied the rights to issue the  title of Master or the corresponding Degree title.
