Access tests: Civil Guard opposition course

• CONTEST PHASE
  • Assessment of the  merits  obtained during the selective tests.  

• OPPOSITION PHASE
  • An exercise with  ten sentences  in which you will have to point out the  spelling mistakes .
  • A multiple choice questionnaire in which you will have to answer  100 questions  taken from the syllabus of the opposition.
  • A 20-question quiz about the  English language .
  •  Psychotechnical test  to assess your abilities and adaptation to the job.
  • Physical fitness test  .
  • Personal interview.
  • Medical examination.

• NATIONALITY

Possess  Spanish nationality.

• AGE

Applicants must  be 18 years old in the year in which the call is made  and must not be more than 41 years old during this same period. 

• QUALIFICATION

Not be deprived of civil rights.

Lack of  a criminal record  and not have open as a processed, accused, investigated or indicted, any judicial proceeding for willful crime.

Not having been separated by means of a disciplinary file from the service of any of the Public Administrations or being firmly disqualified from the exercise of public functions.

• CAPACITIES

Possess the  necessary psychophysical aptitude  to take the respective study plans, which will be accredited by passing the recognition and tests determined in this call.

• TITLE

To be in possession of the title of  Graduate in Compulsory Secondary Education  or of a higher academic level.

Have passed the compulsory modules of an initial professional qualification program.

Having passed the specific training course for access to intermediate level cycles in authorized public or private centers.

Having passed the entrance exam to intermediate or higher level training cycles or the university entrance  exam  for people over 25 years of age.

To be in possession of any of the qualifications contemplated in the  professional training  of the educational system.

• SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum height  of 160 cm in men, 155 cm in women and not exceed 203 cm in height. 

Acquire the commitment to bear arms. Use them in accordance with the basic principles of action of consistency, timeliness and proportionality, which will be provided through the applicant’s declaration.

Be in possession of a class B driving license.

Lack of tattoos that contain expressions or images contrary to constitutional values, authorities or military virtues. Marks that are derogatory to the uniform or that may undermine the discipline or image of the Civil Guard. 

Obscene reasons or incite discrimination of a sexual, racial, ethnic or religious nature.

Tattoos, rings, spikes, inserts, self-mutilation or similar that could be visible wearing the different types of uniforms of the Armed Forces.
