CS: GO fans go out of their way to keep improving the competitive shooter and this is one example.
Counter Strike is one of the most beloved competitive multiplayer action sagas and, for years, one of the competitive titles par excellence. Therefore, it is normal that there are many creations by fans in the form of tributes or mods like the one we bring you below.
The mod only allows, at the moment, to take a walk through the stagesThe user named Cloacked has recreated the Dust2 and Inferno maps using the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine, on which the future of the industry promises to be based. The best of all is that it is a “remake” that you can download and see for yourself how it looks. And you can also see in the video that we leave you on these lines.
Of course, it should be noted that, at the moment, the content is more designed to explore the scenarios and maps, but there are no weapons, enemies or game mechanics per se. We do not know if Cloacked plans to include them, but it can serve as an example of a concept of what CS: GO can improve on a technical level in the near future.
A content created by fans that can be used by Valve to encourage a new facelift of the game at a technical level . It is not the first time that we see a map of the game with better graphics , but it does make use of UE5. If you are interested in taking a look, you can download the project from this link .
