Chinese manufacturer Alldocube is a company that has focused on the tablet and laptop niche in the past, and its latest project will see the light of day through an Indiegogo campaign to gain attention and sponsors. This project is called  Alldocube  X ,  and it presents itself as a tablet made to rival the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and Apple iPad, it will be offered for a very competitive price of 270 dollars (230 euros) and will incorporate a  screen 10.5-inch Samsung Super AMOLED  alongside respectable hardware.

The Alldocube X has the potential to become a worthy rival to Apple and Samsung tablets, or at the very least an affordable alternative, so it’s worth checking out.

The screen is the main element of a smart tablet, so neglecting this aspect is an invitation to failure. Alldocube has turned to the best manufacturer of AMOLED screens, procuring a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED panel  with 2K resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels  manufactured by Samsung, so the new contender has nothing to envy the big companies in this regard.

With HDR support and 105% coverage of the NTSC color gamut, the Alldocube X is emerging as an ideal device to enjoy movies, images, games and videos with high resolutions. In addition, it will make use of an  AKM Hi-FI audio chip to deliver a sound experience that perfectly complements the visual performance.

The rest of the speciations of the Alldocube X include a metal body with 6.9mm thickness and weight of 500 grams. Under the hood we will find a 2.1Ghz six-core MediaTek MT8176 processor   accompanied by  4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB of internal eMMC storage. While the MediaTek chip will lag behind the Samsung Exynos 9820 and Apple A12, the Alldocube X’s price tag should be able to justify it.
