How are the nursing examinations in penitentiary institutions?: Course for opposition of Nursing for Penitentiary Institutions

This course prepares you in depth to overcome your oppositions. These are the tests that you will have to take and for which you will be prepared with this MasterD course:

First exercise:

• Written questionnaire with 100 questions about the complete content of the program. The maximum duration of 80 minutes. A maximum grade of 10 points will be awarded, being necessary to obtain a minimum of 5 points to access the following exercise.

Second exercise:

• Written development of 3 topics, drawn by lot (one of them to the first part of the program and the remaining two to the second part). There is a maximum time of 3 hours. The exercise will be read in public session before the court on the date indicated by the court. A maximum grade of 20 points will be awarded, being necessary to obtain a minimum of 10 points to access the third exercise.

Third exercise:

• 3 practical cases of the 4 proposed by the court, on the powers attributed to the technical health assistant of penitentiary institutions. There is a maximum time of 90 minutes. The exercise will be read in public session and on the date indicated in court. A maximum grade of 10 points will be awarded, being necessary to obtain a minimum of 5 points to pass it.

This MasterD exam preparation course is available to enroll in any Autonomous Community, with the exception of  Catalonia . 

To present yourself for these oppositions, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have the Spanish nationality  or one of the other Member States of the European Union  or national of a State to which, by virtue of the international treaties concluded by the European Union and ratified by Spain, the free movement of workers is applicable.
• Be over  20 years old and have not reached retirement age.
• Have a  university diploma in Nursing, or equivalent.
• Not suffering from illness, or being affected by physical or mental limitation, which is incompatible with the performance of the corresponding functions.
• Not having been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the public administrations, nor being disqualified from performing public functions.
• As a specific requirement for access to all Penitentiary Corps, it will be required not to have been sentenced for a malicious crime to custodial sentences of more than three years, unless the cancellation of criminal records or rehabilitation had been obtained.
