DOOGEE X95, low-end Smartphone worthy of attention
The DOOGEE X95 is another affordable cut bet from DOOGEE, a company known primarily for its rugged, inexpensive phones. There is no need to disguise the DOOGEE X95, it is a low-end mobile that meets the basics and little else, but it does so following current standards, so it guarantees an excellent experience for general use as long as we manage our expectations.
For those who prefer the short version, we are facing a mobile that usually costs 100 euros and that offers a 6.52-inch IPS screen, to which we must add a Helio A22 chip, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a battery 4350mAh . It also runs Android 10 and has a 13.0MP + 2MP + 2MP triple camera; nothing out of the ordinary, but for the price there are no complaints.

A nice and cheap design : DOOGEE X95, low-end Smartphone worthy of attention
You know how the roll is with any low-end mobile, a design that strives to keep up appearances awaits us, sporting a slim unibody body with dimensions of 167 x 77.4 x 8.9mm. However, materials reveal the category to which it belongs, and by materials we mean plastic.
Leaving that aside, the mobile exhibits a textured surface on the back that gives it a bit of personality. That said, it is available in 3 elegant color presentations with a gradient effect, which would come to be blue, green and black .
There is nothing remarkable in the distribution of the elements of this mobile, but we can point out the presence of a circular module for the photographic set and the absence of a USB type C port; instead, we will have to deal with an almost obsolete Micro-USB.
On the front, a 6.52-inch diagonal waterdrop screen with a SubHD resolution of 1200 x 540 pixels awaits us . As you will see, it is not the screen with the best definition that we can expect, even from a mobile in its range, but it fulfills its purpose without pain or glory. What we can praise about it is its brightness (600nits), generous size and Gorilla Glass layer that protects from scratches.
Hardware and Features
The DOOGEE X95 is a humble terminal powered by the Helio A20 chip , which is backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, although the latter can be expanded up to 128GB via Micro-SD at the cost of occupying a SIM slot. In this sense, if you are not convinced by the amount of memory installed, opting for the DOOGEE X95 Pro may be a better option, since it offers 4GB of RAM + 32GB of ROM for a few euros more.
Returning to the main idea, the X95 is a terminal that offers correct performance for day-to-day tasks, messaging applications, social networks and others. It also has enough power to move light Android games, but nothing remotely demanding, so we don’t recommend it for those purposes.
Be that as it may, a 4,350mAh battery is powering this terminal. From its capacity and components we can infer that it provides enough juice for more than one day of use, which is not bad considering the range. Additionally, it exhibits a charging power of 10W that, although we cannot consider it as fast, it can at least recharge the battery to 100% in just an hour and a half according to manufacturer data.
At the operating system level, Android 10 awaits us , and we must say that it is a pure version without custom UI or really annoying Bloatware.
In terms of wireless connectivity, it has the usual, that is, 4G, LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS.
Cameras
Moving on to the photographic realm, we come across a triple camera for the back. This camera is broken down as follows: 13MP primary sensor, 2MP telephoto lens with 2X Zoom and 2MP depth sensor for portrait photos. Of course, there is also an LED flash for night shots.
Photographic quality is nothing to brag about, but we can’t ask for pears from the elm either, it’s an input terminal after all. That said, you can get decent shots during the day and shoot video at 720p @ 30FPS.
Finally, there is a 5MP selfie camera with a 70 ° field of view and 2D facial recognition, which will be the only biometric unlocking method in this terminal, because as you will see, it does not have a fingerprint reader, which remains a few points to DOOGEE X95.
DOOGEE X95 availability and price
Who can we recommend this mobile to? Well, simple, to those who need a basic but compliant mobile for a good price, either as a secondary or main device in the case of people who do not have very demanding uses in mind. If you’re in any of the above categories, then the DOOGEE X95 definitely deserves your attention.
