Have fun at Tokyo amusement parks

There are many interesting theme parks in Tokyo, including the famous Tokyo Disney Resort, where you will meet Mickey and his friends.

Whether you go to the Land of the Rising Sun alone or as a family, you may want to have fun in one of the capital’s theme parks, which are as numerous as they are rich in attractions and shows. Superprof has put together a list of the  best amusement parks in Tokyo that you can visit during your vacation in Japan!

Tokyo Disney Resort

Not surprisingly, one of the most popular amusement parks in the Japanese capital is the  Tokyo Disney Resort . Like Disneyland Paris, it is very popular in Japan and allows you to immerse yourself in the universe of our childhood cartoons for a day through exciting attractions or fun shows.

For one day, admission costs  7,500 yen  (€ 61) and € 40 for children and you can also enjoy the Tokyo Disney Sea if you stay more than one day. Obviously, you will have to queue for quite a while for each attraction, but it’s worth it!

Tokyo Dome City

The Tokyo Dome City, located in the Bunkyō district   of Tokyo, is a complex where you can find the  Tokyo Dome City Attractions , a purely Tokyo amusement park. You’ll find famous attractions like the Thunder Dolphin roller coaster or the Big O.

The daily pass costs about € 34,  but you can also enter for free and pay for each attraction, whose price ranges between € 3.5 and € 10 the most expensive. The whole family can enjoy the attractions of Tokyo Dome City to spend a fun day and taste Japanese specialties!

Universal Studios Japan

Universal Studios Japan is not located in Tokyo, but near Osaka , which is accessible by train from the capital. This theme park is based on the most important films and shows of Universal Studios , such as:

Daily admission costs no less than  € 62 for adults or  € 42  for children to have fun with the family on the sets of the movies we all know!
