How to draw a house?

To make plans of the house, organize the decoration or illustrate an urban landscape, drawing a house is something quite technical. Perspective, which you will have already learned to draw a garden, is also very useful for drawing a building.

Making multiple vanishing points is essential to achieving a good house outline. Don’t get lost among all the drawn lines.

It is better to  start with a simple house  to learn the basics. Little by little, you can begin to draw a two-story house with more complexity.

Make  two vanishing points on each side of your sheet. For each point, draw two straight lines (one down and one up). Then place the edges of the house with two vertical lines between the top and bottom lines. Your house is already drawn.

Continue making the windows and doors by drawing new lines. Then you can color your house with  alcohol markers , like many architects.
