Among the most common rumors and leaks in the world of smartphones, it is common to find renders or even press images that appear on the Internet a few weeks before its launch. But, sometimes, we are lucky enough to hunt down one of these devices in full operation, on public transport or on the street. This is what has happened with the  Huawei P40 Pro , the next high-end of the Chinese company that has shown its front in detail.

It already happened with the Huawei P30 Pro , which was hunted at MWC 2019. Now, the P40 Pro has leaked even earlier than its predecessor in a mistake from one of the first people who is testing this device. The phone is inside a  security case that does not allow you to see it in detail, but that does allow you to appreciate its entire front.

We see how the Huawei P40 Pro  dispenses with notch and opts for a double perforated camera  (in the style of the Honor View 20), located in the upper left corner. Thanks to this, the edges of the screen are reduced to a minimum and a Full View format is achieved. In addition, it returns to bet on the  curvature of the screen.

Regarding the cameras, the greatest added value of this line of smartphones, we do not have any details about those located on the back. We do see a case with a double “window” of quite large dimensions, so the rumors about a rectangular module with five cameras could be real.

In the absence of more details, it seems that Huawei has put the turbo in the production of its new flagship and could already have it almost ready. Will the date be brought forward or will they continue to bet on the end of March like previous years? We will be attentive to tell you.
