The digital reading services company,  Rakuten  Kobo, is pleased to announce the arrival on the market of a new eReader in partnership with the popular Spanish chain Fnac, it is the new  Kobo  Nia , a fairly inexpensive but elegant device full of features for Get into digital reading, starting with a long battery life, adjustable headlight and Comfort Light technology  . 

Kobo nia  : Kobo Nia, a new affordable, functional and elegant eReader

The  Kobo Nia  is characterized by its 6-inch size electronic ink touch screen , which provides a resolution of 1,024 x 758 pixels along with a density of 212ppi. It stands out for being anti-glare and for the incorporation of  Kobo’s ComfortLight technology  , which adjusts the brightness of the screen to adapt to any situation, such as reading at night or in broad daylight. For its part, the 1,000mAh battery guarantees a range of weeks on a single charge, making it ideal for long trips.  

The device itself consists of a compact and lightweight body, with dimensions of size of 112.4 x 159.3 x 9.2mm and a weight of just 172 grams. It should be noted that it is only available in black, but you can add covers in the following colors to personalize and protect the eReader: aquamarine, lemon yellow and black. 

Also worth mentioning is the Kobo app   for smartphones and tablets , which allows the user to take their eBook library   with them even when the eReader is not on hand. 

Availability and price 

The  Kobo Nia  will be available through Fnac.es and  Kobo.com . Pre-orders begin this July 15 and the device can be purchased at Fnac and  Kobo .com stores from July 21 for a price of 99.90 euros .
