Monster Hunter World: Get the USJ Event Armor
Monster Hunter World: Get the USJ Event Armor
Guide to getting a Japanese exclusive Felyne longsword and armor.
If you go to the Monster Hunter: World mission board and open the events panel, you may see a maximum of two missions depending on your preferred platform. However, Japanese players enjoy an additional exclusive event that, like the collaboration with Horizon: Zero Dawn, is divided into two parts. It is about the armor and long sword from USJ (Universal Studios Japan), and in this guide we will tell you how to get them in the West.
The first thing to keep in mind is that we will only be able to get hold of the USJ set on PlayStation 4 , because it is an exclusive event in Japan and MHW is not marketed there on Xbox One. Second, that the event is divided into two parts and that for now only the first one is available, which includes the long sword and armor for partner Felyne. And third, that we rely heavily on our luck to finish the event from Europe or America.
As long as there is no confirmation about the event in the West, to access it we will have to talk to the person in charge or go to a mission board and choose “join an online mission”. Then, we open the option of “mission preference” and choose “events”. It can also be done from the SOS list, filtering events. From there, all you have to do is pray to find a Japanese player with an open session that you can join.
Monster Hunter World: Tricks to get a lot of money
If you see a mission called ” USJ: Gold Star treatment ” do not hesitate to join and complete it as many times as necessary to get the materials you need. In the mission (with three stars) we will meet three Great Jagras, one of which is huge and the other absurdly small. After completing it, we can go to the blacksmith to make us the Azure Star Blade water long sword and the Felyne Azure Star armor. Both pieces are low rank, although it is entirely possible that when the other half of the mission arrives there will be options to upgrade it to high rank.
