You have to speak English with native speakers …
It is true that speaking with English or Americans appears as the  most immersive way  to progress in the language of Shakespeare. You can do it in several situations:
In Spain, directly with natives who come to study Spanish,
In Spain contacting native English foreigners,
Abroad with a host family.
As of 2018, the number of Spaniards abroad is 2,482,808 citizens, of which there are 147,817 people living in the United States, 16,787 people in Canada, 21,297 Spaniards in Australia, 127,920 expatriates in the United Kingdom or 1,241 people in New Zealand.
For the first option, it  will be a matter of meeting expatriates or students  (if you live in one of the large cities in Spain). At university or college, there is often an international relations department that can guide you and connect you with people who speak English.
To learn English speaking with native English speakers , it is also possible to organize specific meetings dedicated to the practice of the language . For example, in the main cities of Spain you can go to specialized English bookstores, which usually organize, among other things, readings of texts in English.
However, the best immersive way to learn English with native speakers is, of course, to  go to an English-speaking country!  By living with a host family , your level will surely improve considerably. In addition, there are many formulas for expatriation, from doing an internship in a company with the Work Holiday Visa to doing a language exchange. The world opens up before you: language trip to Malta, au pair in New Zealand, university exchange in the United States … It is up to you to choose the English cultural variant that most appeals to you!
