The first time we got to see Sylveon was in the sixth generation of the saga in the Kalos region of the Pokémon X and Y editions . For Eevee to achieve this evolution in the games of the main series, a series of special steps must be followed , as it happens in Pokémon GO .

For this you can choose two steps, one simpler and another that will take you more time to complete. In the case of the first one, you can change your Eevee’s nickname to “Kira” and then use 25 Eevee candies to evolve into this Fairy-type Pokémon.

However, this will only work the first time you do it , so think carefully about which of your Eevee you want to use this method. From the second time, no matter how much you give it a specific nickname, the evolution will be completely random, so you could play any of the other forms of Eevee.

The only way to ensure that it always turns into Sylveon is with the second method we mentioned that exists. For this you will need to place Eevee as your Pokémon Partner and get 70 hearts with it . At that time, once you reach that amount, it will evolve into Sylveon, without the need to use any candy in the process.
