The Honor 50 series will feature the Snapdragon 778G and Google services
Good news for owners of Honor terminals and those interested in getting one, Honor has escaped the commercial veto imposed by the United States on many companies in China. As a result, the brand will be able to ship its smartphones with all Google services on board, and the Honor 50 series can be counted among that list. As if that were not enough, we also have official confirmation that it will be among the first mobiles powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Chip.

And to make it clear, they are no longer rumors or speculation, as can be seen in the Tweet above.
Honor 50 What can we expect? : The Honor 50 series will feature the Snapdragon 778G and Google services
The expectations placed on the Honor 50 series are high, as is its range; Although some classify it more as a medium-high range, the truth is that we can expect a first-rate performance provided by the Snapdragon 778G mobile platform . We are talking about a SOC with 6 nanometer lithography, Kryo 670 cores at 2.4Ghz, Adreno 642L GPU and, of course, X53 modem compatible with 5G in the SA / NSA bands.
Other supposed highlights are: a spectacular 6.79-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate , a 50MP main camera surrounded by a dual ring design on the back, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP telephoto (possibly periscope type) and 32MP + 8MP dual selfie cameras .
And as we mentioned at the beginning, Google services are guaranteed. This was confirmed by the Twitter account of Honor Germany, responding to the doubts of a user. Although the Tweet in question was removed, it is clear that they did so in order not to spoil the surprise.
The translation would be “Yes, we can confirm it. But shhhh, it should be another surprise ”
With a state-of-the-art Snapdragon chip in hand and Google San’s services and apps on the other, the Honor 50 series seems to have what it takes to succeed in Europe and other markets. With that said, it is only a matter of time for the official announcement.
