The popular Chinese manufacturer,  Oppo , has decided to expand its portfolio of devices in Spain with the launch of the  Oppo A9 and Oppo  A5 2020 , two mid-range terminals with extremely competent features for their price. Without further ado, let’s meet them at once: 

Oppo  A9 2020 : The Oppo A9 and Oppo A5 reach the Spanish mid-range market

The  Oppo  A9 2020 is characterized by its generous 5,000mAh battery and efficient Snapdragon 665 processor , providing superior autonomy to the average smartphone for quite a long way. 

This device is also equipped with a 6.5-inch screen with an unusual resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels (HD +) and a  notch  in the shape of a drop of water. It also offers a brightness of 480  nits  and a contrast ratio of 5,000: 1. It is worth noting that it lacks an integrated fingerprint reader, since it is located on the back cover, which has a gradient color finish. 

Paired with the Snapdragon 665 processor are 4GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage. Also, the interface on board is  ColorOS  6.1 on Android 9 Pie . As mentioned above, the  Oppo A9 2020 has a colossal 5,000mAh battery with VOOC flash charging , which can act as a Powerbank to charge other devices. 

Additionally, it has a dual speaker with Dolby Atmos surround sound . 

On a photographic level, the  Oppo  A9 2020 does not disappoint in the least, boasting a quad camera setup on the rear of 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP . This combination also has a dedicated LED flash and night photography mode (Ultra Night Mode 2.0). On the other hand, the selfie camera makes use of a unique 16MP sensor with f / 2.0 aperture, AI and facial beautification. 

Oppo  A5 2020 

The younger brother of the  Oppo  A9 sports almost the same features as the latter, but makes the odd cut here and there to reduce the final cost of the device. The most noticeable difference is found in the rear camera, which reduces the resolution of the main sensor from 48MP to only 12MP, as is the case with the front sensor, which stays at 8MP . However, the rest of the photographic sensors remain unaltered. 

The terminal retains the same screen, battery and processor of its older brother, but only has 3GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage . Be that as it may, the latter is expandable via Micro-SD up to 256GB in both versions. 

Finally, like the  Oppo  A9, the A5 has 4G LTE (Dual-SIM) connectivity,  Wi- Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and NFC for wireless payments. 

Availability and price 

Both the  Oppo  A9 and the A5 2020 are available from now on in online stores such as Amazon.com, FNAC and Media  Markt . The A9 has a cost of 269 euros , while the A5 can be obtained for only 199 euros.
