The Samsung Galaxy S21 would also be left without a charger and headphones
It seems that since Apple made the decision not to include a charger with the purchase of the iPhone 12, other companies have wanted to follow their not so good example, since we recently received news that the Samsung Galaxy S21 would be another of those terminals that will arrive no charger included in the package.
Samsung Galaxy S21 No charger in the package? Hope not : The Samsung Galaxy S21 would also be left without a charger and headphones
This news comes from popular tipster Ishan Agarwal, who has been spot on with his leaks in the past. Although the original Tweet has been removed, the Leakster assured that the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will not include a charger, adapter and headphones in the package; this at least in units sold in the UK.
This data is merely added to other bits of information that indicate the same. A few weeks ago the media reported on a certification list of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series in Brazil , which also suggested the exclusion of chargers and headphones with your purchase.
It should be noted that this is not exactly a new move. Since the launch of the Galaxy Note 20 series, the company had hinted at its intentions by not including headphones in units sold in the United States. However, on that occasion Samsung gave the option of sending headphones for free to buyers who requested them.
Therefore, there is the possibility that Samsung will do the same this time with the Galaxy S21 and its charger, although we will not know that until the official launch, which is scheduled for January 14, 2021.
In a similar news, we learned that the Xiaomi Mi 11 will not include a charger by default , but the user has the power to order a separate charger at no additional cost. In this sense, the decision is left to the user, which can certainly help with the protection of the environment, as Xiaomi stated when explaining its reasoning.
We expect Samsung to take a similar route to Xiaomi’s, since they would otherwise be on the same level as Apple.
