The Samsung Galaxy Z  Flip  is anything but a secret at this point; Its specifications are already known and there are several unofficial videos of it around the internet, so it is not a novelty to see it again on video, only this time we are talking about an  official Samsung commercial that was broadcast during ABC television coverage from the Oscars. Take a look for yourself:

Although the ad does not show the name of the device anywhere, it is clear that it is the expected Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. During the trailer you can see how the device folds and unfolds in all its splendor, as well as the fact that the camera app can be used in a very peculiar way: using the lower half to be placed on a flat surface while which focuses on the subject with the upper half. 

In addition, we were able to see the device’s secondary screen in action for the first time , which was used in this case to accept a call while the device was folded.  

Another detail that caught our attention is the disclaimer that appears briefly at the bottom of the ad. This warns users that it is normal to notice wrinkles or folds in the center of the screen . Samsung lists this as a “natural feature of the screen” , which has obviously raised some eyebrows, but it is better to know beforehand in any case. 

The announcement concludes with an appointment for the  Samsung Unpacked event  that will take place this February 11 . During it we hope to meet not only the Samsung Galaxy Z  Flip , but also the Galaxy S20 series; It will undoubtedly be an exciting day full of news.
