What is the PAU English exam ?: The structure of the English selectivity test
The ninety-minute exam consists of two different options (A and B) in which the student will have to choose a single one, since the questions from both options cannot be combined.
This exam is completely written in English and the score for each section appears.
The test begins with a text of about 250-300 words headed by a title that will help you anticipate the topic. Next, you will find a series of questions of comprehension of the text and questions of true or false, of synonyms / antonyms or to find out the meaning of certain words of the text. However, these exercises vary depending on the autonomous community.
How is the English Selectivity II exam?
The exam is generally divided into three blocks:
COMPREHENSION (4 points)
Choose the correct option (= multiple choice )
True and false sentences and justification of the answer
Find in the text synonyms, antonyms, definitions …
USE OF ENGLISH (3 points). Examples of some types of exercises that you will find within this block:

Eliminate stress : you have to be focused and relaxed in order to take the time to properly read the documents. Managing your time well is essential to pass this test.

Make a list of vocabulary that could be useful to you, remember that the use of dictionaries and any other type of support material is prohibited on the exam .
