When is it too late to learn English?

The age issue stops many people from learning another language.
If you are one of them, you may ask yourself the following:
If I start with this language now, will I be good at it?
Can I have a good accent?
Will I be able to remember all the vocabulary?
Girls and boys learn implicitly; adults, explicitly. We want to understand the structure of the language: pronouns, tenses, adjectives, etc.
We need to memorize lists of words and conjugation patterns, and practice the phonetics of the language in question.
Boys and girls, for their part, do not seek explanations: they absorb and learn the new language without developing the procedures that we have just described.
In short, when you want to do something for which you feel very old, think that it is never too late. Never too late to learn English !
