Some bodybuilding exercises for women

In just a few gestures, you can transform your everyday life to be more toned and muscular.
It is a fact that gaining muscle mass  is not achieved without effort and without exercise.  Whether it is bodybuilding at home or in the gym, each exercise has its own peculiarity, working more on one part of the body or requiring more time than others. But among the most effective exercises that can be practiced, we find:
The plank and the side plank, which, if you keep it as long as possible each day, allows you to tone your abs and make your belly flatter.
The lateral opening , which focuses its effects on the gluteus medius, raising the leg in the air and repeating 4 series.
Squats, which tones and firms the  thighs and buttocks , and which can be practiced with a weight if desired.
The crunch and touching the feet with the legs raised, which are very good exercises  to strengthen the abs . The crunch is the basic abdominal exercise, while touching the feet with the legs raised is the same, always in a lying position.
The lateral bend allows, using a weight in each hand and standing, to increase muscle mass by leaning to the left and then to the right.
Not forgetting the famous stretching , which makes the muscles work properly. All parts of the body have to be stretched to better develop muscles.
Adapting postures, preparing a sports area, buying weight training equipment, learning to eat well … Body building is  a discipline like any other, which is suitable for everyone.  As long as there is motivation, there is no reason not to progress. Let’s go for it!
