After the blackout that occurred in the north of the country and which is still in the process of reestablishment, telephone and internet users of companies such as Megacable , Telcel , Izzi and Telmex have reported through social networks problems with their service in different parts of the country .

According to Downdetector , a telecommunications service failure monitoring platform, the cities most affected by the intermittency of Megacable are Hermosillo, Guaymas, Torreón, Guadalajara, Mexico City and Colima, although impacts have also been found in places in Nuevo León and Michoacán.

Izzi is the second service with the most failures reported by users within the same hours in cities such as Monterrey, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Tijuana, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Zapopan and Apodaca.

It is followed by Telcel and Telmex, with reports of poor signal and intermittent internet service in Mexico City, Ciudad Juárez, Saltillo, Monterrey, Tijuana, Chihuahua, Texcoco, Santa MaríaChimalhuacán, Culiacán, Puebla, Morelia, Guadalajara, Ciudad Obregón , Hermosillo, Zapopan and Tijuana.

Although Totalplay has received a smaller number of reports, it is also on the list of companies that presented failures since the blackout that occurred this Monday morning. Some of the affected cities are Monterrey, Hermosillo, Guadalajara, Puebla, Mexicali, Morelia, Veracruz and Mexico City.
